The Ministry of Development through the Public Works Department has informed on the temporary haf lane closure of the Muara-Tutong Highway; Tutong-Telisai Highway and Lumut-Belait Highway.
The JT1 Traffic Light Intersection at Muara-Tutong Highway - Jln Basong - Tutong Camp will be closed on 30th January 2023. Meanwhile, the JT2 Traffic Light Intersection, Tutong-Telisai Highway - Jalan Enchi Awang - Jalan Sg. Besar will be closed Tuesday, 31st January 2023. Both roads will be closed from 8.30 in the evening until 5 in the morning, depending on the weather condition. The closure is to give way for repair works to be carried out.
In Belait District, the Bridge near STKRJ Lorong 3 Selatan, Lumut-Belait Highway will be closed starting on the 30th January, until Friday, 10th February 2023 for asphalt resurfacing works on the bridge approach to be carried out. The closure starts from 8:30 in the morning until 5 in the afternoon. Road users are advised to take extra caution when passing the area and to comply with the traffic road signs as well as the speed limit.
