Member of Kampung Sungai Besar, Sungai Belukut and Serdang Neighbourhood Watch Council, with personnel of the Neighbourhood Watch, Royal Brunei Police Force held a Reading of Surah Yasin and Tahlil Ceremony, 22nd September night.
The ceremony was hoped can contribute to the success in achieving the goal of maintaining the harmony and safety of the village. The ceremony was held at the Kampung Sungai Besar Mosque.
