’PenggunaBijak’ mobile app is upgraded and now offers more user information and interactive functions.
The Department of Economic Planning and Statistics, Ministry of Finance and Economy through Department of Consumer Affairs, in its press release has informed that with the motto ‘Information Empowering Users’, the upgrade aims to benefit from the use of digital platforms by improving the application through improving the user experience towards empowering and fostering a Smart User culture.
The upgrade offers users more information at their fingertips interactively; updating the new look and more organise information. The app also provides information such as improper business practices under the scope of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Order, 2011; maximum prices for goods listed under the Price Control Act; and weekly prices of certain food items.
Apart from that, users can also benefit from other key features such as 1-2-Compare, Wise User Tips and a platform to make official complaints more easily and quickly.
