Overnight rain caused several low-lying areas and main route in Kuala Belait to experience flash floods.
Due to high tide, nearby rivers overflowed and worsened the situation. The flash flood only occurred for a few hours before the water receded. Road users are reminded to be vigilant if crossing an area affected by flash floods.
