MANILA - The Home Development Mutual Fund, more commonly known as Pag-IBIG Fund, has disbursed PHP200 million in loans to support the 'Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino' housing program, initiated by President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.
According to Philippines News Agency, the funds were allocated to two contractors in Luzon and Visayas for ongoing 4PH projects. This financial aid is part of a broader effort to encourage private sector participation and alleviate the national housing shortage by facilitating the construction of affordable homes for Filipino workers.
