Mosque Reopening

The public or congregants who have booked a slot to perform the Friday prayer on 19th November, at mosques, suraus and religious halls nationwide can come as early as 11 in the morning to avoid crowding. According to the Mosque Affairs Department, mosque gates will be closed as soon as the second sermon starts. Those who are unable to enter are advised not to perform the Friday prayer outside the mosque’s gate.

 

Pengiran Haji Haslin bin Pengiran Haji Ali, Senior Mosque Affairs Officer reminds congregants to prepare their own prayer mats, wear face masks, and scan the BruHealth QR code.

 

Congregants are reminded to always adhere to the stipulated guidelines.
