Ensuring Smooth Arrival of Brunei Darussalam Intending Haj Pilgrims

Administrative Officers of the Brunei Darussalam Haj Management Office have held meetings to discuss the management of the country's intending Haj pilgrims. Among other things, the discussions aimed to ensure the smooth and proper welcome in Saudi Arabia for Brunei Darussalam intending pilgrims tomorrow and on Thursday.

During a morning meeting, the Administrative Officers of Brunei Darussalam Haj Management Office held discussions with the Management and General Authority of Civil Aviation at the Haj Terminal of Prince Muhammad bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Madinah Al-Munawarah. The delegation also had the opportunity to visit the Haj terminal area. Among matters of interest was the special vehicle provided for the intending Haj pilgrims with special needs. The special vehicle will transport the intending pilgrims to the waiting hall before boarding buses to their accommodations.

During the night, the delegation met representatives of Adilla Company to discuss the management of Brunei Darussalam Haj pilgrims in Madinah Al-Munawarah. The Brunei delegation was led by Awang Haji Muhammad Izzuddin bin Haji Abdul Rani, Assistant Religious Officer at the Haj Management Department who is also the Assistant Head of Brunei Darussalam Haj Management Administration Office in Madinah Al- Munawarah. The company is tasked with supervising the affairs of Haj pilgrims in Islam's second holiest city, including arrivals, movements and activities as well as their departure from the holy city. Also in attendance was Awang Muhammad Naqib bin Hj Awang, Haj Relations Attaches at Brunei Darussalam Consulate General in Jeddah.
