Disposal of Construction Materials without Permission

An individual was issued a compound fine for an offence under the Miscellaneous Offences Act.

The individual was fined $500 for disposing construction materials without permission at a public area. The offender was given 7 days to settle the fine, or a two thousand dollar-fine will be imposed.
