The recipients of the Princess Maha Chakri Award, PMCA, are urged to take full advantage of the support provided by the PMCA Foundation and continue to inspire and contribute to the community as a great mentor that produces quality person, who in the future, could be the next recipient of the award. This was stated by Her Excellency Wanthanee Viputwongsakul, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Thailand to Brunei Darussalam at the Congratulatory Reception for Dayang Hajah Noorliah binti Haji Aspar in Kiarong yesterday afternoon.

According to Her Excellency, Dayang Hajah Noorliah's contribution in coaching other teachers has made a significant impact on students' lives. Her Excellency added the passion and dedication of Dayang Hajah Noorliah and the previous recipients earned them the award. Dayang Hajah Noorliah began her career as a trained teacher in 1987, and is now the Headmistress of the Lambak Kanan Jalan 49 Primary School.

At the ceremony, Her Excellency presented books to Awang Aliuddin bin Haji Abd Rahman, Deputy Permanent Secretary for Core Education at the Ministry of Education.

Meanwhile, Dayang Hajah Ratnawati binti Haji Mohammad, the 2015 PMCA recipient, and Lim Soh Ngo, the 2017 PMCA recipient also received books from the Ambassador of Thailand to Brunei Darussalam.
