To promote educational development for countries in the Southeast Asia, the Royal Thai Embassy in Brunei Darussalam yesterday MORNING hosted the 4th Princess Maha Chakri Award Forum, PMCA. The 2-day forum was held via live broadcast from Bangkok, Thailand to the Embassy Office in Kampung Kiarong.
Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn presided over the Opening Ceremony of the Forum which was held via live broadcast to 10 Southeast Asia nations. Participants also held a virtual audience ceremony with Her Royal Highness. Among those joining the forum is Pengiran Haji Mohd Wahab bin Pengiran Haji Abdullah, PMCA recipient in 2021.
The Forum is a platform for all the 2021 PMCA recipients to showcase their unique teaching techniques, inspiring stories, managerial methods and best practices to educators and teachers from ASEAN countries. The Forum consists of six plenary panel discussions and eleven individual Show and Share sessions led by PMCA recipients and builds on the outstanding work by eleven 2021 PMCA recipients.
