Brunei Darussalam has been made an International Trade Centre through the initiative of the Ministry of Energy, Manpower and Industry using the Bimp-Eaga as an economic platform. Yesterday afternoon witnessed a collaboration between the Brunei Darussalam Cottage and Youth Initiative Programme, CYiP and Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA) Sarawak, Malaysia.

The collaboration was officiated by Dayang Hajah Tutiaty Binti Haji Abdul Wahab, the Deputy Permanent Secretary (management, Cooperative and Industry) at the Ministry of Energy, Manpower and Industry and Dato' Zulfikri bin Osman, the Deputy Director General (Entrepreneurship) of MARA, Malaysia. Besides distributing Mara products for sale from Brunei Darussalam to foreign markets, the collaboration also involves the supply of their products through Sarawak.
