The pilgrimage represents one of the five pillars of Islam and is required of all able-bodied Muslims once in their life. The haj offers pilgrims an opportunity to feel closer to Allah the Almighty.

According to Doctor Hajah Lily Suzana binti Haji Samsu, the journey to the Holy Land is already determined by Allah the Almighty for able-bodied muslims.

Meanwhile, Doctor Haji Mahmud Shauqi bin Haji Mahmud Saedon, head of the Haj Medical Management Department, said his team has done its best to serve the pilgrims.
