The Brunei Malay Chamber of Commerce and Industry, DPPMB, yesterday morning held the 3rd Power Lunch Gathering to provide insights on skills and knowledge, industry and opportunities for local business. It was held at the Radisson Hotel in the capital.

Doctor Haji Kamaruddin bin Dato Seri Paduka Haji Talib, the President of DPPMB, in his welcoming speech said the DPPMB has generated very good feedback from their previous power lunch series and was confident that the series could be a strong flagship programme for the chamber.

Meanwhile, His Excellency Craig Allen, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America to the country, in a keynote address, among other things shared information on trade and investment opportunities between the US and Brunei Darussalam. The Power Lunch is a space for the local members of the chamber to share their journey in growing their business locally and internationally. At this gathering, two local companies namely Riza Fudhlana Farming and Sahamada Corporation Sendirian Berhad shared their success and challenges in building a business.
