The presentation of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam's Personal Gifts reflects the monarch's care towards those in need in together celebrating the upcoming Hari Raya Aidilfitri. According to the recipients, the bestowal of the said gifts is a blessing from Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala, and the gifts carries a great significance for them.

To ensure the smooth running of the event, transportation was provided for the recipients.

During registration, each recipient brought their documents for identification such as identity card or birth certificate. They were then given identity passes as proof that their names are listed as recipients for the gifts. Even though the registration room was filled with a large number of recipients, the management section remained efficient which allowed the registration session to run smoothly.

The Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam, BIBD counter was also provided at another part of Istana Nurul Iman to facilitate the exchange of coupons to cash. It was carried out systematically to ensure that the exchange runs smoothly.

The care and attentiveness of His Majesty does not only focus solely on Muslim citizens and residents, it also revolves around non-Muslim citizens and residents.

Prior to leaving Istana Nurul Iman, recipients of His Majesty's personal gifts were also given souvenirs.
