Domestic runners are those who provide the following services, either full-time or part-time , namely full-time or part-time , domestically in Brunei Darussalam, namely:

First, Individuals who provide runners services privately to the public, home based businesses or home-based businesses and registered companies such as restaurants and other types of businesses;

Second, Individuals who work as employees under companies registered to provide runner services ; or

Third, employees who are assigned to provide delivery services that are delivery services under registered companies such as restaurants, supermarkets or other businesses.

For Transport Operators companies authorized by the Prime Minister's Department to enter and exit Brunei Darussalam during the COVID-19 situation, it is recommended and required to identify and distinguish between employees designated as " Transport Operators " and as " domestic runners " . The employees who are classified as domestic runners are required to be registered under the company.

To facilitate this registration process, the Ministry of Transport and Infocommunication will open registration for domestic runners online through the website www.mtic.gov.bn/registration starts this Saturday, 2nd October 2021 and registration is free.

The information required for this registration is basic information such as full name, smart identity card number, mobile phone number, home address, email address, vehicle registration number and for those serving under the registered company, must also provide the name of their respective companies. . To complete the registration process, d omestic runners also need to make some declaration that they run services domestic runner and will comply with the laws, rules and guidelines established under the Infectious Diseases Act Chapter 204, as well as laws and regulations relating to other ruling in Brunei Darussalam.
