Following the success of the One Billion Steps Together Challenge last August, the Ministry of Health also informs on the next challenge under the ‘BN on the Move campaign’ initiative, the Twenty Billion Steps Together Challenge that will commence on Saturday, 1st October 2022.
According to the Minister, the target of the challenge this time is the achievement of 20 billion steps in a period of three months, which is until the end of this year. With the start of this new Challenge, people who participate in the BN On the Move initiative also have the opportunity to win prizes through several challenges organised by the Ministry of Health. Information related to the challenges will be shared in the BruHealth app. Those who have not yet joined the BN on the Move campaign initiative are welcomed to register and join through their respective BruHealth applications.
In this regard, the Ministry of Health welcomes the participation of the public in the Brunei Run event in conjunction with the World Heart Day Celebration which will be held on Sunday, 2nd October 2022 during the Bandarku Ceria event at Taman Haji Sir Muda Omar Ali Saifuddien in Bandar Seri Begawan. The event is also to support the BN on the Move campaign initiative, specifically the 20 Billion Steps Together Challenge. Let us move together to reach 20 billion steps by the end of this year and continue to do sports and leisure activities with family and friends so that we are always in good and optimal health. Keep moving for health, every step is important. Every Step Counts!
