The 'Negaraku Berzikir' Programme organised by the Youth Transformation Community Club's Religious Bureau in collaboration with the Mata-Mata Gadong Religious Hall and the Rashidah Sa'adatul Bolkiah Mosque Takmir Committees was held on 17th March night, at the Rashidah Sa'adatul Bolkiah Mosque in Kamoung Sungai Akar.
In attendance was Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohammad Yussof, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Defence. The programme included the reading of Zikir Ratib Al-Attas and a tazkirah or talk delivered by a certified Da'ie from the Brunei Islamic Religious Council, MUIB. The programme acted as a platform to gather the Muslim community specifically the youth and the public to recite Zikir and remember Allah, aside from realising the Zikir Nation aspiration. It also aimed to enliven the month of Sya'aban by reading Al-Quran, reciting Zikir and Selawat as preparation for the upcoming month of Ramadhan.
