The capability of speakers and da’ie in effective communication can influence the thoughts of society in carrying out dakwah. An effective dakwah delivery comprise of several aspects including the use of good materials in terms of information and grammar, honesty, politeness, and not manipulating facts. This was among the matters underlined at the English for Dakwah Workshop by the Ministry of Religious Affairs yesterday morning.
At the workshop, Dayang Nurul Atteyia Bahtriyah binti Md Salleh, Assistant Lecturer at the Seri Begawan Religious Teachers University College, KUPU SB shared that a language that can be easily understood by the local community is one of the effective approaches and methods in delivering dakwah. The workshop is hoped to further improve the skills and integrity of speakers and da’ie.
