The Brunei Darussalam delegation comprising officials from the Ministry of Religious Affairs left the country to attend the 46th MABIMS Senior Officials Meeting, SOM, being held from the 26th to 30th September 2022 in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia.
The country’s delegation was led by Awang Haji Mohammad Rosli bin Haji Ibrahim, Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Religious Affairs. The 46th MABIMS SOM carries the theme “Keluarga MABIMS Tunjang Kesejahteraan Ummah” or A MABIMS Family, Pillar of Ummah Well-Being. During the meeting, Brunei Darussalam will table a Theme Paper and Strategic Cooperation Reports under the MABIMS Strategic Plan 2021 to 2025 in addition to exchanging views to further enhance the planning and maintenance of strategic focus at the MABIMS level.
