To inculcate the importance of historical knowledge, the Brunei History Centre through the Borneo Research Centre Division, penBORNEO in collaboration with the Seri Begawan Religious Teachers University College, KUPUSB organized the 9th @penBORNEO Talk Session virtually.
The manuscript ‘Hikayat Tengkorak Kering’ by Haji Abdullah bin Haji Muhammad Sa’ed was among the Islamic Manuscripts in Borneo that were discussed during the penBorneo talk session. Among those discussed were the values of spirituality and the Jawi Spelling System. 123 local and overseas participants joined the session. The talk was intended to give exposure especially to researchers or youths to conduct historical research and studies at penBORNEO.
