The Brunei Islamic Religious Council yesterday morning received tithe money from Takaful Brunei Keluarga, TBK and TIBA Petrol Station Cooperative, KOTIBA. The presentation of tithe money was held at the Ministry of Religious Affairs.
The tithe money amounting to $24,777.64 from TBK was handed over to Yang Berhormat Pehin Udana Khatib Dato Paduka Seri Setia Ustaz Haji Awang Badaruddin bin Pengarah Dato Paduka Haji Awang Othman, Minister of Religious Affairs as Yang Di-Pertua of the Brunei Islamic Religious Council, MUIB. Meanwhile KOTIBA handed over $65,624.21 of tithe money.
