Childcare Centres and Differently-Abled Centres are not allowed to operate during the Transition Phase. However, museums, libraries and libraries as well as Senior Citizens Activity Centres will be operating as usual.
Museums, galleries and libraries can operate from 8 in the morning until 2 in the afternoon. Premises are required to display their current maximum capacity of each facility at facility entrance. For Senior Citizens Activity Centres, all indoor and outdoor activities and programmes are allowed; 50% normal capacity of the premises/venue at any one time or maximum 200 people. Capacity must comply with COVID-19 control measures such as wear of face masks; Sanitize hands before and after carrying out activities; Reception with food and drinks are allowed but in the form of packed food. Every premise are required to display their current maximum capacity of each facility at facility entrance. Yang Berhormat also informed that Childcare Centres and Differently-Abled Centres will not be operating during Transition Phase. However, cleaning and administration works are allowed according to control measures.
