Step Up for Breastfeeding was the forum topic discussed in conjunction with Breastfeeding Week for the Belait District level. The forum was held at the Suri Seri Begawan Hospital in Kuala Belait, 29th August morning.
Three panellists presented their respective papers including 'Breastfeeding in the Islamic Perspective' which among others stressed on breastfeeding acting as a strong bond of love between children and parents and is one of the main components in a child's early education as well as being able to complement all the spiritual and physical needs that a baby needs.
