Members of the Monitoring and Assistance Team in Mindanao, Republic of the Philippines, left the country late yesterday afternoon. Before leaving, a Doa Selamat Ceremony was held at Surau Ad-Difa', Bolkiah Garrison, yesterday morning.
Present was Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof, Minister At The Prime Minister's Office And Second Minister Of Defence and Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, Commander of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces, RBAF . Members of the Monitoring and Assistance Team comprising three RBAF officers led by Commander Md Zouhdy bin Haji Abd Razak, Royal Brunei Navy. The ceremony coincided with the presentation of 'Khutbah Perwira' and 'Panduan Kembara Perajurit' books to the contingent.
