The Minister of Health in the media conference also shared that on the 11th of October 2021, a total of 5,195 individuals have received the COVID-19 vaccine injection.
This means that, under the National Vaccination Programme, a total of 333,141 individuals have received the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, which is 73.4 per cent of the total population. Meanwhile, 214,073 individuals have completed the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, which is 47.2 per cent of the total population. The enforcement agencies monitoring carried out during the out-of-house restriction period from 8 last night to 4 yesterday morning, saw 42 violations of the directive issued with compound fines, nationwide.
