Dikir Syarafil Anam ceremonies in conjunction with the Maulidur Rasul celebration continued on 15th November night. The delegation from the Ministry of Finance and Economy as well as the departments under it held such a ceremony at the Kampung Perpindahan Mata-Mata Mosque in Gadong.
The delegation was led by Doctor Awang Haji Abdul Manaf bin Haji Metussin, Deputy Minister of Finance, Ministry of Finance and Economy. The ceremony is one of the Islamic eminence in encouraging the ministry's employees to continue to practise the salawat and praise Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu 'alaihi Wassalam aside from further strengthening relations among the officers and staff of the ministry and mosque congregants as well as the village residents. Also present was Awang Haji Khairuddin bin Haji Abdul Hamid, Permanent Secretary for Investment at the Ministry of Finance and Economy.
Meanwhile, the delegation from the Ministry of Home Affairs and its departments also held a similar ceremony at Kampung Keriam Mosque in Tutong. Leading the delegation were Awang Salminan bin Haji Burut, Permanent Secretary for Municipal and District and Awang Abdul Walid bin Haji Matassan, Deputy Permanent Secretary for Municipal and District at the Ministry of Home Affairs. Also present were members of the Legislative Council, Yang Berhormat Awang Haji Abdul Wahab bin Apong as the Penghulu of Mukim Tanjong Maya and Yang Berhormat Awang Haji Ramli bin Haji Lahit as the Penghulu of Mukim Telisai, as well as Awang Shamsul Bahrin bin Haji Mohd Hussain, Tutong District Officer.
In the Temburong District, the Dikir Syarafil Anam ceremony with new converts was held at the Kampung Sibut Religious Hall in Mukim Amo. Leading the delegation from the Islamic Da'wah Centre was Dayang Hajah Rohanita binti Haji Yaakub, Head of New Converts Development Section. The ceremony began a mass Maghrib prayer. Such as ceremony is one of the activities lined up by the New Converts Development Section, New Converts Empowerment, Islamic Da'wah Centre.
