Post: PhilPost Launches ‘Express PadaLove’ for Valentine’s Day Deliveries in Metro Cebu and Tagbilaran

CEBU CITY — The Philippine Postal Corporation (PhilPost) is inviting residents of Metro Cebu and Tagbilaran City to celebrate Valentine's Day by sending flowers and gifts through its Express PadaLove Program.

According to Philippines News Agency, the acting postmaster of the Cebu Central Post Office, the program, now in its second year, aims to promote the use of Domestic Express Mail Service (DEMS) for the occasion of love.

Launched last year, the Express PadaLove Program facilitates the inter-city delivery of gift items, bouquets, and postcards within Cebu City, Mandaue City, Lapu-Lapu City, Talisay City, and extends up to Tagbilaran City. Betos highlighted the convenience of the service during a forum, noting that residents of Lapu-Lapu could send their expressions of affection as far as Talisay and Tagbilaran City.

For those interested in utilizing the service, orders can be placed at post offices located in the five highly urbanized cities of Central Visayas or online, with payment options available through GCash. Customers are also encouraged to explore PhilPost's special Valentine's Day products showcased on its Facebook page.

PhilPost offices in Mandaue, Lapu-Lapu, Talisay, and Tagbilaran have already commenced processing orders, which will continue until February 12. The Cebu Central Post Office will accept orders until February 13, ensuring that last-minute gifts reach their intended recipients in time for the holiday.

The Express PadaLove Program is designed to offer same-day or next-day delivery for a wide range of Valentine's gifts, including flowers, chocolates, cakes, stuffed toys, cards, and other thoughtful items, throughout the week-long celebration. This initiative by PhilPost underscores the organization's commitment to enhancing its service offerings and connecting people during special occasions.
