Two foreign men and two foreign women were ordered to report to the Law Enforcement Section, Department of Immigration and National Registration, Kuala Belait Branch for investigation and further action.
They were believed to be in violation of the Section 15 2 of the Immigration Act Chapter 17 in which any foreign workers working in the country must work under their original employers. Meanwhile the owner of the restaurant and employers involved were also instructed to go to the said section for investigation and further action. The violation was detected during the 'OPS Sakat' conducted at a restaurant in Kuala Belait.
