Permata Hijau ‘A’ Triumphs in Under-23 Youth Sepak Takraw League

Bandar Seri Begawan: The Permata Hijau ‘A’ team celebrated a significant victory as they claimed the championship title in the Under-23 Youth Sepak Takraw League, part of the 41st National Day Celebration events. The thrilling final match took place at the Sungai Kebun Sports Complex.

According to Radio Television Brunei, Permata Hijau ‘A’ showcased their skills by defeating ASG ‘C’ with a score of 15 – 10, securing their win in the league. The competition highlighted the team’s dedication and strategic play, which led them to the top of the league standings.

The event concluded with a prize-giving ceremony, where Awang Haji Mohd Noor bin Haji Hamid, Vice President of the Brunei Darussalam Sepak Takraw Association, PESTABARU, presented the awards. The victory not only marks a proud moment for Permata Hijau ‘A’ but also signifies the growing prominence of sepak takraw in the region.
