KEMUDA Institute Convocation

KEMUDA Institute, which is collaborating with Cambridge, United Kingdom, has been consistent in offering courses in information and technology, as it a field of knowledge that is rapidly developing and needs to be studied and mastered. In this regard, private education institutions have the same role in producing educated, highly skilled and successful citizens as stated in aspirations of Wawasan Brunei 2035. This was stated by the Minister of Religious Affairs at KEMUDA Institute’s 7th Convocation yesterday afternoon in Jerudong.

Yang Berhormat Pehin Udana Khatib Dato Paduka Seri Setia Ustaz Haji Awang Badaruddin bin Pengarah Dato Paduka Haji Awang Othman said that in order to achieve the aspirations of Wawasan Brunei 2035, there are three matters that government and private education institutions must instil among students namely loyalty towards the Monarch and the country; believe in Islamic values; and social harmony as well as the tradition of good practices. This is because these are the main axis of the country and must be perpetuated through education.

210 were feted at the event after completing their studies various courses, such as the National Certificate Cooperation and BTEC’s.
