Ilocos Norte Delays Tax and Fee Payment Deadline to February 29

Laoag, Ilocos Norte – The provincial government of Ilocos Norte has announced the extension of the deadline for the payment of business renewal fees, taxes, and other government fees to February 29.

According to Philippines News Agency, who confirmed the extension in an interview on Monday, Provincial Ordinance No. 2024-01-244 was approved, granting a one-month extension. The resolution, deemed urgent by Governor Matthew Joseph Manotoc, aims to assist business owners and operators in Ilocos Norte by postponing the payment of government developmental fees, taxes, and other charges without imposing surcharges and penalties.
