The dinner celebrated the APEC Economic Leaders and delegations participating in the Asia-Pacific Economic Leaders' Meeting (AELM). His Royal Highness Prince 'Abdul Mateen accompanied His Majesty.
According to Radio Television Brunei, His Majesty was welcomed on arrival by the President of the United States and First Lady, Doctor Jill Biden. The event provided an opportunity for leaders and delegations to engage informally, fostering dialogue and collaboration among APEC member economies.
