The National Flag Hoisting ceremony in conjunction with His Majesty's 77th Birthday Celebration continue to be held by several parties.
The Keriam Malay Association, PESAKA, held such a ceremony at the compound of the Dewan Wawasan PESAKA, Tutong District. Present was Yang Berhormat Pengiran Haji Isa bin Pengiran Haji Aliuddin, member of the Legislative Council.
Mukim Pangkalan Batu and Mukim Sengkurong also held a similar ceremony at the Kampung Parit Community Hall in Mukim Pangkalan Batu. Present, Yang Berhormat Awang Zainol bin Mohamed, member of the Legislative Council.
Such a ceremony was also held by Mukim Berakas A and B, Zone 2 at the Lambak Kanan Community Hall. Present was Yang Berhormat Awang Haji Daud bin Jihan, member of the Legislative Council.
Meanwhile the Girl Guides Association of Brunei Darussalam held a flag hoisting ceremony at the association's headquarters in Anggerek Desa, Berakas.
