The Red Crescent Association of Tutong District Unit with the cooperation of Shahney Event Management held the BRC Mini Carnival 2022, in conjunction with the Brunei December Festival. The Mini Carnival was held at the Tutong Town area, 4th December morning.
The carnival began with a 5-kilometre fun run which began and ended at the River Jetty area.
The annual event of Mini Carnival’s objective was to introduce the Tutong District Unit Red Crescent Association to the public in addition to opening a registration session for the public who are interested in becoming members and also volunteers to follow the activities held throughout the year.
