The Prime Minister of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, Her Excellency Sheikh Hasina and delegation yesterday morning visited the Royal Regalia Museum in the capital.

Upon arrival, Her Excellency was greeted by Yang Berhormat Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Aminuddin Ihsan bin Pehin Orang Kaya Saiful Mulok Dato Seri Paduka Haji Abidin, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports. Her Excellency toured His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam Coronation Ceremony exhibition area and Silver Jubilee Exhibition Gallery. Among the showcase which gained the attention of Her Excellency was the 'Usongan Diraja' or Royal Carriage used during the Coronation Ceremony on the 5th of October 1968 and the Silver Jubilee celebration in 1992.

Her Excellency's visit ended with the signing of the Royal Regalia Musuem commemorative parchment and presentation of souvenir by Yang Berhormat the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports. Also present were Datin Paduka Doctor Hajah Norlila binti Dato Paduka Haji Jalil, Permanent Secretary and Doctor Siti Norkhalbi binti Hj Wahsalfelah, Deputy Permanent Secretary for Culture at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports.
