The pillars and conditions of Haj as well as the implementation of haj were among the matters shared during the haj course. In the Tutong District, some 131 intending haj pilgrims took part in the course.
The course was held at Pengiran Anak Puteri Norain Religious School. Among the course participants is Dato Seri Paduka Awang Ahmaddin bin Haji Abd Rahman, Deputy Minister of Finance and Economy for Fiscal at the Ministry of Finance and Economy. The course is hoped to provide intending haj pilgrims with understanding as well information and advice on performing the haj in a proper manner.
Meanwhile in the Belait District, the Haj Course was held at Paduka Seri Begawan Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddien Religious in Kuala Belait and Pengiran Anak Puteri Rashidah Sa’adatul Bolkiah Religious School at Seria. Some 129 intending haj pilgrims are taking part in the course which among others aimed to give an understanding, knowledge and guidance on the implementation of Manasik Haj Tammattu.
Meanwhile Temburong Arabic School was the Haj Course Centre for intending haj pilgrims in Temburong District. Nine residents from the district are selected for this year’s haj season. In the course, the participants were informed on several important aspects related to haj including the mental and physical preparation which can give a positive impact on the self-esteem of muslim individuals. In an interview with RTB, the participants expressed their gratefulness on being able to perform the haj this year.
