Working Papers Highlight Library Initiatives at Mini Library Carnival

Bandar seri begawan: In the afternoon, three working papers were presented during the Mini Library Carnival: Library Symposium and Exhibition.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the working paper titled ‘The Storage of National Heritage: Best Practices of the Malaysian Archives’ outlined how the National Archives of Malaysia has implemented various best practices that are used as references at both national and international levels. Another working paper, ‘Preserving Institutional Memory in the Digital Age: The Role of Universiti Teknologi Brunei Library in Sustaining Knowledge for the Future,’ focused on the research conducted by the UTB Library in preserving historical treasures. Meanwhile, the Brunei History Centre shared insights on the role of its library in preserving national historical treasures through its working paper.
