Bandar Seri Begawan: In his comments on the proposal paper for the Supply Bill 2025-2026, Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Abdul Manaf bin Haji Metussin, Minister of Primary Resources and Tourism, outlined several efforts focused on planning the implementation of programs and allocation initiatives, including efforts to support the growth and improvement of the food sector industry.
According to Radio Television Brunei, Yang Berhormat stated that to ensure the national food sector's success, there should be a dual focus. This involves not only increasing output from premier production activities but also bolstering production from processing and value-added activities based on agriculture and fisheries. This approach aims to enhance the overall capacity and efficiency of the food sector.
