Bandar seri begawan: The Tutong District Senior Citizens Activity Centre organized a Khatam Al-Qur'an Ceremony for the Tilawah Wal Istimah Members, coinciding with the Ilal Hijrah Celebration. The ceremony was held on the morning of June 29 at the centre in Tutong Town.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah was led by Awang Haji Ahmad Abdussalam bin Haji Abdul Rahman, who is the Acting Director of the Islamic Da'wah Centre. The event aimed to foster brotherhood and promote the reading of the Al-Qur'an verses within the community. It also served as a spiritual platform to seek blessings and mercy from Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala.
