Bandar Seri Begawan – A distinguished delegation from the Republic of Singapore, led by His Excellency Lawrence Wong, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance, visited the Balai Khazanah Islam Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah (BKISHHB) on the afternoon of 12th December.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the delegation was warmly received by key Bruneian figures including Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohammad Yussof, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Defence as Chairman of the BKISHHB Board of Advisors, and Yang Berhormat Pehin Udana Khatib Dato Paduka Seri Setia Ustaz Haji Awang Badaruddin bin Pengarah Dato Paduka Haji Awang Othman, Minister of Religious Affairs as Deputy Chairman of the BKISHHB Board of Advisors. Dr. Haji Awang Mohammed Hussain bin Pehin Penyurat Haji Ahmad, Director of BKISHHB, was also present to welcome the Singaporean delegation.
