Operasi Panyap Targets Immigration Offenders in Mukim Gadong B

Bandar seri begawan: The Department of Immigration and National Registration in Brunei Darussalam continues its efforts to curb immigration violations through its ongoing initiative, Operasi Panyap under JIPK 2025. A recent operation was conducted, focusing on a sales stall in Mukim Gadong ‘B’.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the operation resulted in the arrest of a foreigner who was found working with a different employer than permitted. This individual has been taken to the Law Enforcement Division for further investigation. Another foreigner was identified during the operation and has been ordered to report for working while on a visit pass, which is not allowed under immigration regulations.
