His Majesty says that with transparent, consistent and accurate greenhouse gas data, at the end of 2023, a National Plan on Climate Change Adaptation will be drafted as an effort to coordinate and adapt to climate change.
Touching on the field of economy, His Majesty states that according to the Annual Census of Enterprises 2021 Summary Report by the Department of Economic Planning and Statistics for 2020, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, MSME's make up 97.2 percent of the total active enterprises in Brunei Darussalam in 2020.
