Bandar seri begawan: In conjunction with Ramadhan, the Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism and its departments organized a reading of Surah Yasin and a Tahlil Ceremony to honor Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Al-Marhumah Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit, and Al-Marhum His Royal Highness Prince Haji 'Abdul 'Azim.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the ministry's delegation to the Royal Mausoleum was led by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Abdul Manaf bin Haji Metussin, Minister of Primary Resources and Tourism. The event commenced with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah.
