Jerudong: The Medical Social Work Department at Jerudong Park Medical Centre held a World Social Work Day 2025 celebration. The event took place in Jerudong on the morning of March 19th.

According to Radio Television Brunei, the theme for this year’s event was “Strengthening Intergenerational Solidarity for Enduring Wellbeing.” The annual celebration highlighted the significance of bridging generational gaps, fostering mutual understanding, and building a sustainable future where all age groups thrive together. The event underscored the power of community support and empowerment, emphasizing the interconnectedness of individuals in overcoming challenges.

The celebration served as a platform to bring together various age groups, encouraging dialogue and cooperation among different generations. It aimed to create a more inclusive society where everyone, regardless of age, can contribute to and benefit from collective efforts towards shared goals.
