Doa Kesyukuran Marks International Volunteer Day 2024.

Bandar Seri Begawan: The Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports is organising the Day of Action in commemorating the International Volunteer Day 2024. A Doa Kesyukuran was held at the Ash-Shaliheen Mosque, 5th December afternoon. Among those present was Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Nazmi bin Haji Mohamad, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports. The ceremony included the Selawat Tafrijiyyah and tazkirah or talk on ‘Diversity in Volunteering Strengthens the Society.’

According to Radio Television Brunei, various activities have been lined up this year including the Volunteer Day Festival, Day of Action Campaign celebration and appreciation, and the Volunteer Activities Marathon. Registration to join the Day of Action activities is still open until the 16th of January 2025.
