In conjunction with the Firefighters Day Celebration, the Fire and Rescue Department, yesterday morning, held a Recitation of Surah Yasin, Ratib Al-Attas and Doa Kesyukuran Ceremony. The ceremony took place at the Fire and Rescue Department Headquarters in Berakas.
Present was Awang Mohd. Amir Hairil bin Awang Haji Mahmud, Permanent Secretary for Safety, Welfare and Law at the Ministry of Home Affairs. More than 74 officers and personnel attended the ceremony. Also present was Awang Lim Hock Guan, Acting Director of Fire and Rescue.
