Bandar Seri Begawan: The issue of land demarcation between Brunei Darussalam and Malaysia received a response from Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Erywan bin Pehin Datu Pekerma Jaya Haji Mohd Yusof, Second Minister of Foreign Affairs. The borders of both nations will only be finalized after land demarcation works are completed and agreed by both parties.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the enforcement agencies of Brunei Darussalam and Malaysia will continue to work closely in patrolling their respective borders, as well as managing cross-border activities. Both countries are committed to ensuring the security and efficiency of their border operations while the demarcation process is underway.
