ARTA and Australia Collaborate on Business Process Management Training

MANILA — The Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) of the Philippines and the Australian government have initiated a partnership to enhance the country's business process management (BPM) capabilities. Last week, ARTA personnel underwent specialized training facilitated by the Australia Embassy in Manila, focusing on BPM and System Dynamics principles.

According to the Philippine News Agency,The program, which was designed to refine the efficiency of Philippine bureaucracy, was part of a collaborative effort with the Australia Award and Alumni Engagement Program and Queensland University of Technology. ARTA Secretary Ernesto Perez expressed gratitude for Australia's support in improving government services and regulatory processes in the Philippines. The initiative is in line with efforts to foster an environment conducive to business and efficient public service, aligning with President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.'s vision for the country.
