Annual Census 2022

Employers, owners or managers are advised to complete the census information of Business Entities, Private Institutions, Cooperatives, Associations, Clubs and Statutory Bodies. The Department of Labour, Ministry of Home Affairs in its press release informed that Annual Census Of Employer or Employees, Wages, Earnings And Hours Of Work for the year 2022, will be conducted via online through the Business Reporting System, BRS.

 

All Business Entities, Private Institutions, Cooperatives, Associations, Clubs and Statutory Bodies operating in Brunei Darussalam, are advised to complete the information of local and foreign workers, including employers, owners or managers in the Census form provided on the website as shown. However, Household or Private Services are EXEMPTED from completing the Census information. All completed Census information will ONLY be accepted ONLINE, starting 31st October 2022 until 30th of November 2022. Census of Employer or Employee 2021 Receipt that has been issued for Census of Employer or Employees 2021 will expire and deemed void effective 31st October 2022.

 

For further information, go to the Survey and Statistics Service Counter, Ground Floor Lobby, Department of Labour Headquarters in Jalan Dewan Majlis. The counter services are open from Monday to Thursday and Saturday, from 8 until 11:30 in the morning and from 1:45 until 3:30 in the afternoon, excluding public holidays.
