According to Radio Television Brunei, Doctor Hajah Rafidah binti Haji Gharif, the Acting Permanent Secretary for Professional at the Ministry of Health, was present at the event. With the theme “Every Minute Counts,” the campaign emphasizes the importance of recognizing stroke symptoms early and acting FAST. Communities are urged to promote stroke awareness through screenings, education, and support.
